.I made this custom and complimentary ribbon to wrap around the Sleepy Sock Monkey blanket. I sewed together four strips of the fabric that I used to create the nursery decor and bedding, including the selvage from one of the cotton prints which had the designer and fabric information on it. This custom ribbon created a beautiful way to secure the rolled blanket for gift giving, without having to spend money on paper gift wrap, as well as provided the recipient with a keepsake sample of her child's nursery colors, fabric, and theme.
